It Started
in Our Kitchen
UDOMMITR began as a small restaurant with a simple idea: to create food with a character of our own.
We wanted to make a noodle dish that felt different from the usual — and that led us to develop a sauce specifically for our tossed noodles.

What began in our restaurant was selected for a food innovation development program, giving us the opportunity to take the idea beyond our kitchen and develop it into a real product.
